We provide our services on a 99% Uptime basis. We make sure about the reliability, availability, or suitability of our services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.  

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to claims related to content you host or actions you take while using our services.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated TOS.
